2. 1 Year 4000 Watch Hours-:
This is an very hard rule because in this Condtion YouTube Strictly see Your Total Watch time of your Youtube channel. If your channel has Completed 4000 Hours Watch Time then you are able to Tuen "On" the Mobnetization and If you not completed this Condition then your Monetization will disabled by Youtube.
